After qualifying from Guys/Kings College Hospital in 2008, Vikash worked as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for a year in the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow. He has since worked in general and private practice, including working in a private practice on the east coast of Australia.
Vikash has a passion for dentistry and likes to keep up with recent advances. He is trained to provide both 6 Month Smiles and Invisalign short-term cosmetic braces to straighten teeth. He is also trained in dental acupuncture. He completed examinations to join the Royal College of Surgeons in 2010. Vikash has recently completed a Master’s degree in Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dentistry from Kings College London.
Vikash feels the patient-dentist relationship is extremely important and goes out of his way to try and make patients feel comfortable with his relaxed personality. He believes in a minimally invasive, pain-free approach to dentistry, planning for the long-term care of the dentition.
In his free time, Vikash is an avid traveller. During his travels, he has completed sky dives, bungee jumps, picked up an advanced scuba diving licence and visited Mt. Everest base camp. He is also a keen sports fan and thoroughly enjoys a good cup of coffee!
